Our Flat Fee listings are “Limited Representation Listing” which means that you are representing yourself on the real estate transaction and only paying us to perform the marketing that is included in the package you purchase. This type of listing allows you to retain the right to sell to buyers that are not being represented by a real estate agent. In this situation, you would pay ZERO commissions.

- You will receive an email with instructions to set up your MLS listing.
- If you ordered a Pre-print Realty NET® Sign or Lock-box, they will be shipped within 3 business days via FedEx.
- If you ordered a Custom Realty NET® or ByOwnerOregon sign, it will be shipped within 5 business days of inputting the listing in the MLS.
- Once you complete the listing process, we will add your home to the Multiple Listing Service.
- You will have the opportunity to review your MLS listing for accuracy and make changes.
- Your REALTOR.com®, Zillow.com®, Trulia® listing will be active within a few hours.
- Listings on some other websites may take up to 24 hours to post.
